NHRP currently focuses on projects expected to exceed $10,000 within approximately 70 miles of Bellevue, Washington and 65 miles of Portland, Oregon. Every request remains subject to project fit and contractor availability.
Target radius: approximately 70 miles from Bellevue.
Potential coverage includes Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Tacoma, Everett, Issaquah, Sammamish, Federal Way, and nearby communities when the project and contractor network align.

Potential coverage includes Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Oregon City, Wilsonville, Vancouver, Camas, Salem, and nearby communities when the project and contractor network align.
Current project focus
Approved requests include asphalt, metal, and TPO/PVC roofing; luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, and tile flooring; decks, siding, patio covers, and concrete; complete kitchens and bathrooms; and substantial drywall projects. NHRP is not currently promoting exterior painting, sunrooms, artificial turf, or fireplace projects.
